  • APPOINTMENTS

    Appointments that begin more than 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment time due to tardiness will either be rescheduled or adjusted by omitting a part of the service to fit the time made for the set appointment. In the case the appointment is running late due to our inefficiencies we will discount your services 10%

  • No call/ No shows

    If 15 minutes has passed your scheduled appointment time, we will mark your appointment as a no call no show in which a fee for the full cost of the missed appointment will be required before booking any future appointments. We will also remove any future appointments on the calendar and reschedule them once the fee has been paid.

  • CANCELLATIONS

    If you need to cancel an appointment please give us at least 24 hours notice in order to open up the schedule and offer the time to clients on our waiting list. We also ask that if you are sick, to please reschedule your appointment as a courtesy to staff and clients.

  • WAITING LIST

    We offer a waiting list to be put on if the desired appointment date and time is not available. This gets managed daily and if any openings come up, we will work through the list to offer the appointment to anyone on it.

  • CHILDREN IN THE SALON

    As much as we love the little ones, we ask that they do not come to the shop, UNLESS they are scheduled for a service. We'd like to make everyones time here relaxing, enjoyable, and safe. We have a lot of hot tools, sharp items, chemicals and furniture that can be harmful if not minded correctly. Keeping everyone safe, sound, and happy will make everyone comfortable and content.

  • SERVICE GUARANTEE

    All cut services are guaranteed as long as we are notified of any grievances within 7 days of the service. We check in with all of our clients after a week, giving you opportunity to “live-in” your cut and time to decide if it may need minor adjustments. Upon receiving our message, if nothing is expressed after the 7 day period, guarantee is void. Completely new haircuts are not part of this guarantee. This guarantee is for adjustments only.

    All color services are guaranteed up to 7days with the at home use of Alfaparf products purchased from VANityGUARD. Guarantee is dependent on compliance with at home care instructions, final color agreement, color behavior and use of recommended products by your colorist to maintain and care for your investment. After 7 days guarantee is void. If color is altered at home or by another professional, the guarantee will also be void. Please keep in mind that hair color has about a 6 week life cycle. And after that time it will need to be serviced again.

  • Refunds

    Services:

    We work hard to understand your needs and try to get what you want for yourself and your hair on the very first try. Sometimes it takes several appointments to acquire a desired outcome. We do not give automatic refunds. If you are not happy with your hair service. We require that you give us the opportunity to address the problem by making adjustments to the final look. This is within reason. If it is determined that the final outcome is in alignment with what was agreed upon in the consultation and/or the hair is not damaged or unsightly A refund will not be given. If it is determined that the final outcome is what was agreed upon in the consultation and you don’t like the way it looks on you once it is done we will not give a refund.

  • Products

    We will refund any product so long as its less than half way used.

  • REWARDS

    Our reward program is offered through a point system in which you will receive points for services received. Points can be redeemed for haircuts, treatments and Vanity Enhancements

  • REFERALS

    The referral program is for new visitors that you recommend to us at the studio. For each referral you send to us that receives a service we will issue you a gift certificate for 20.00 towards a service. You can redeem one gift per visit.
